PEER REVIEWER PROCESS
All manuscripts submitted to this journal must comply with the journal's focus,
scope, and author guidelines. Submitted manuscripts must be relevant to
the journal's focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from
plagiarized content.
All authors are advised to use plagiarism-detection software to check
for similarity. Editors check articles for plagiarism using
Turnitin software. The maximum allowed plagiarism level is 15 percent.
Research articles submitted to this journal are reviewed through a
double-blind review process by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers.
Reviewers provide valuable scholarly comments to improve
the content of the manuscript.
The editor makes the final decision on article acceptance based on
reviewer comments. Publication of accepted articles, including the order
in which articles are published, is determined by the Editor-in-Chief,
taking into account the order of acceptance date, geographic distribution
of authors, and thematic considerations.
